SHIPPING POLICY
What delivery service do you use?
Most orders are shipped with NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
We endeavor to dispatch your order the same day or the following day of your order being placed.
But sometimes life happens and so it might take up to 5 days to dispatch your order.
During public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods dispatch could take longer.
How long until I get my delivery?
We endeavour to get it out as fast as we can but we have no control over shipping.
If your order is taking too long, please send us an email.
How can I track my order?
As soon as our courier driver scans your parcel, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
I’m having trouble placing an order. Who can help me?
Please send us an email at hello@kowhaiandco.nz and we will help you out.
We require a physical address for your parcel to be sent. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
We ship nationwide, please contact us for more details. We can't deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address within New Zealand.
Can I return my order?
At Kowhai and co we stand behind the products we sell and hope that you are more than satisfied with your goods. All products are non-refundable and we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item is faulty please get in touch and we will replace it. If item is broken please contact us and you will be required to send in photos of the broken item and also packaging in which it came in and a NZ courier will be dispatched to pick up from your address.
Free domestic shipping over $100 is strictly for domestic and does not include islands in and around New Zealand where there are extra delivery fees. If this is the case you will be notified beforehand and can perhaps change shipping address. Standard $10 shipping around New Zealand applies and $15 Rural. If you do not select rural address and your address is rural you will be charged extra for shipping. Please be an honest kiwi.
