Amazing resource for fresh anxiety/panic disorder
This book is definitely something I will reach for on a regular basis while I learn to cope with my anxiety disorder! Make sure you really take your time with every page; take in everything! It’s also a workbook which serves as an awesome tool for jotting things down in the moment or highlighting key things. As soon as I finished it, I wanted to go back and read it again, but this time with a new perspective while also journaling more in areas I may have skipped. This book truly changed the way I face my anxiety and panic disorder. It’s helped me to realize how NOT alone I am in this. So many great takeaways from this book. I couldn’t recommend it more! Worth every penny.
Great books for someone who has anxiety!
My 15 year old wanted to order this book which at first I felt it might not be for her age group but she loves it. She's able to see other stories and write down her own feelings which helps her with her anxiety. At first you see the title which isn't showing the best word on it be I know it helped her understand her own feelings.

You'll love this book just as much as I did! It was such a surprise when this book was delivered because it ended up being a thicker book than I was expecting, but that's what made it exciting. Each page turned was so good. Couldn't put it down. Can't wait to see what she has next.
